1. both colleges are under same university
2. Your present college gives NOC
3. In other college vacant seat in the same branch should be available and they give NOC.

As per my suggestion you can apply at GLA Mathura. They offer 2 years MBA program. It is amongst top 10 B Schools in Uttar Pradesh. It has a unique and different way of teaching. Guest lectures are conducted time to time to allow students to cope up with industry's work. As far as fees is concerned it is very less and easily affordable. For MBA it is 1,36,000 per annum.
