First Check if you're suited for Designing. Do you have an aptitude for Art? Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this. However, as you mention that you're not good at drawing, i'd suggest that you word hard on this skill and develop it. There is nothing that cannot be achieved by hard work. Dear vamsi, I hate to break your heart but with second division B.Tech degree you can never get admission in even average USA university. Graduation marks in terms of GPA should be 3/4 or better which is approximately 75%. Secondly, along with GRE score of above 1300, you need to Score 95+in TOEFL. you may prepare very hard and may get good GRE & TOEFL score but you can not change your graduation marks.
Therefore, it would be better to try to join some IT company through open campus and for that prepare well.

Hi,
There would be two papers in prelims- Reasoning Aptitude and English Comprehension. Followed by the main exam that would entirely be subjective.
I would suggest you to spend quality time everyday by reading journals, magazines, newspapers, etc. Refer to the following link for list of institutes offering IAS coaching across India:-
