Hi,
Physics and Chemistry are compulsory subjects for admission in B. Pharmacy. You also need to have maths/bio along with these two subjects in your +2. Only if you have these three subjects, can you opt for B.Pharma.

Dear shrinithi, first thing I want to tell you that the basis of exam is moderate to tough because it is the exam by which you choose Iims and top B schools in india, second thing is that you have to be prepare yourself by give mock paper, and by joining test series. In this exam you have to be clear that you have to attempt only those questions which is correct by your answer because if you guess any answer so you will be regret at the end of results. So prepare yourself, this is high time and nothing is impossible every thing is possible.

The last year closing rank in asked category was 1036 or GATE score 357 for M.Tech in Signal Processing at COEP. Hence GATE score above 400 can be good for admission here.
