B.Sc Media Graphics & Animation is a UGC Approved UG course. It is a 3 year course after 12th and focus on all major components of Multimedia and Animation. The College is an Adobe Creative Technology Academy and hence provide excellent education of Design, Animation and VFX to the students.
While BSc Computer Science (BSc CS) is a 3-year undergraduate program that deals with the subjects and topics related to computer science, computer application, and its services. The main aim of this program is to create quality professionals and research fellows who can work in every sector of the world by implementing the technology of computer systems and software.
So from above B.Sc. in Media Graphics and Animation is a design related course so can not be considered equal to B.Sc. CS.
