Pooja Kohli

Guide-Level 11

Hi Vaibhav,
Although, work experience is not a compulsion to get admission in good Indian B-Schools, but if you have work experience it will always be add - on to your profile and will increase your chances to get admission, but if you have not started with the job I would suggest you to directly go for MBA.
I would like to add here that if you are planning for MBA go for a fulltime MBA from a good B-School.
Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.
Thanks,
Pooja
