1. Yes you can look forward for BA.LLB OR B.COM LLB Hons. which is a 5 year Integrated Program and asks for minimum eligibility as followed:-
(a) Passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) or an equivalent examination securing in aggregate not less than 45% of the total marks for general candidates and not less than 40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates
(b) Not completed 20 years of age (22 years for SC/ST) on 1st June of the year of admission.

Interior design being a lucrative career, you can find employment with architects or architectural firms, builders, public works department, hotel and resort chains, hospitals, town planning bureau, regional and metropolitan development works, private consultancies, studios and theaters and exhibition organizers etc.
The field offers excellent opportunities if you wish to be self employed, or work part time.
You can also set up your own business. It is one of the few professions where you can operate from home with a minimal investment.

To take admission in interior designing courses you need to be plus two. The admission will be on the basis of the score in the institute's entrance exam and interview thereafter.
