Vinay better option for you would be a B.tech degree as it is a professional courses with better placement options and chances. In case you are not able to get admission in B.Tech on the basis of your eamcet score you can go for some private university like LPU, Sastra, RV etc where you will be able to get admission on the basis of both your eamcet score as well as your 12th marks.

After finishing your course in Eng.lit.for better options go for a masters degree and in the meanwhile you can work part-time as tutor, copy-editor or can do freelancing.
After finishing your graduation as such you can work in call ceters/ BPO full time but if for better opportunities then you need to go for masters.
For masters you can try in reputed universities like JNU, LPU, UM, etc for better placements.
