Congratulations on getting a good result, scholarship is different for different colleges, some colleges gives scholarship if you have more than 75 percentage and some give if you have more than 85 or more percentage, so first of all you ha ve to decide in which college you are interested and then you can easily gather information about scholarship and related exams from their department.
