The eligibility Certificate shall be obtained from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University only after production of Migration Certificate of previous University before the end of 1st term. As per University ordinance student who has not produced his final eligibility certificate before the end of 1st term, will be granted that term. Student will also not be allowed to appear University Examination without production of eligibility certificate.

It is the oldest law college. On the eve of the states re-organization prominent Advocates and educationist of Aurangabad took the lead to establishing “Marathwada Legal & General Education Society”. Prominent amongst them were Mr. Govindbhai Shroff, Late H.G. Vaishnav, Adv. L. S. Kulkarni. The society was established with the mission to establish the law college in the region, as higher education.
