According to last year cutoff in electronics, it was Rs. 14.5k
But, as we see, 2017 mains paper was tougher than 2016 that resulted in lowering of cutoff to 81 from 100 of last year.
So, you can expect an increment of 2k to 3k rank in electronics cutoff(16k-17k)
I hope this helps.

Symbiosis is, as you already know, a private institution. They are trying their best to cope up with the standards of IIM but still, nothing can beat the environment you get in the IIMs. Even all the best firms prefer IIMs grad other than any other college. But even if you're not lucky enough to get into IIMs, you can choose Symbiosis. All that would matter is where you end up from there. \
All the best.
