Hello,
You can take a year's gap but do not spend it only for MBA coaching as it is not needed in the first place. You can enhance your CV by doing an internship of your choice or in sync with your preferred MBA specialisation. Certification courses would also be beneficial, showcasing your interest in extra-curricular activities.

You may get a good job according to your skills and knowledge. Even students who study in IIMs don't get a job. Handful of people get excellent jobs. Many get average placement jobs, which is near about 20 Lacs. MBA is all about marketing and Indian colleges know better about the Indian market. German colleges will focus on European markets, hence in India you may not get a good job at the starting but with experience in India, you can expect a good job.

I think you should go with B.Tech AG as it covers technologies aspect involving in agriculture whereas B.Sc. involves with research aspects. After B.Sc, you can do M.Sc and then Ph.D, and lastly research work. It may be a good option but it will take time. B.Tech UG can give you job just after the course completes, maybe not a good placement. In B.Sc, you will most probably get a government job after doing Ph.D. Both the courses are good but one deals with research and other with technology.

Jadavpur University enrolls students into the evening engineering course through JELET. There are 40 seats for Mech. Engineering (~20 seat for reserved category, OBC is one of them). Seats are first filled for qualified Diploma students, followed by qualified B.Sc. Students. Suggest, instead of worrying for the cut-off, you should invest time in preparing for the exam to be held in June'16. Please get understanding of syllabus and question patterns available from several online and print resources.
