1)
To take admission :
- You need to pass 12th in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with minimum 60% .
- You should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st day of December of the year of admission.
- You need to sit for entrance exam.
2)
As per my search I could find only two medical colleges in Chattisgarh. Below is the list.
* Chhattisgarh Institute of Medical Sciences - Chattisgarh
Affiliated to Guru Ghasidas University
* Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Medical College - Chattisgarh
Affiliated to Pandit Ravishankar University

As per your query it seems that yo wish to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program so regarding this please remember the final selection in full time MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students. i.e. 50% marks in graduation.
2. Score in various management entrance tests like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.
