Do you intent to mention 10+2 as 2nd PUC? Please be specific about the course you wish to pursue for better understanding. In case, you don't clear your PUC in the 2nd attempt, there are few colleges which provides admission for graduation/Diploma course. Though to answer in detail, I would need to know, if you intend to mean it as 10+2. Please update.

Good evening,
Look, I personally believe, it is waste of a precious 1 year of one's life and career. But if you are planning to prepare for CAT to get admission in any of the IIMs, ISB or Symbiosis, Pune or IIFT-New Delhi, it is worth to drop 1-year. Prepare for CAT for an year and get admissions in any of these top institutes.

A minimum of 2 years of work experience is required for EMBA. Apart from this, the institute may have other requirements and for it, you need to check the institute's website. You could also explore part-time MBA, wherein, classes are conducted on weekends and the curriculum is more exhaustive.

The process of entrance test/ direct admission depends upon number of applications received by institution. All most all the institution have 25% management quota on which direct admission is processed rest either through entrance or merit base counselling.
