The Online registration for the Academic Year 2024-25 will commence in March 2024 on their official website.

There will be an XIC Entrance Test (XET). Successful candidates will go through the Personal Interview.
Details of the same will be updated on the Xavier site in February 2024.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

You are eligible to register for the "XIC Entrance Test" (XET) if you meet the requirements mentioned below:

• You are 35 years or below in age.
• You have completed 3 years of Graduation (12+3 years) in a University approved stream in India : (Arts, Commerce, Science, Computers, BMM, BMS, BE, Catering, etc.….)
  OR
• You are appearing for your last semester or Third-year Graduation in the present academic year (2022-2023).

Selections will be based on your scores in the online test, subjective paper and personal interview. Based on your scores on the online test and subjective paper, you will be called for a personal interview. You will have to be present on the date at the centre, selected by you while submitting the form. The venue and time will be intimated via email.

Team Mavericks

On 17 September 2022, Team Mavericks from the Journalism and Mass Communication cohort, 2022-23, of the Xavier Institute of Communication (XIC) organized MILAN 2022, the annual fest of the institution. 

AICP batch

The AICP batch of Xavier Institute of Communications organised a unique and compassionate initiative titled EkBottlePaani on Sunday starting from St. Xaviers College till Worli covering 6 km of stretch.  It aimed at engaging with the Metro workers, the people on the ground under the sun and helping them fight the heat and stay hydrated. The effort is to evoke a sense of appreciation and empathy in the masses of the city, for the people on the ground, and encourage each of us to carry this thought and provide them with a bottle of water.

9. Team IlluminatiX, the Media and PR Cell presents “Final Cut”: Team IlluminatiX, the Media and PR Cell of XIM, invite you all for the much-awaited annual Short-Film Making Competition ‘The Final Cut’. This year the theme for The Final Cut is ‘Privilege.’
