The BBA graduates can find many job opportunities in government sector. For this they have to take part in the various tests carried out by UPSC, public sector banks, PSC, SSC. There are opportunities even in defense sectors also. The candidates who have cleared these tests will be called for a final interview and the talented people will be filtered out from a large number.

It's just that one needs to identify the right specialisation for himself based on various factors such as educational qualification, skills, personality traits etc. Placements are 100%. All students joining GEMS get placed, but the kind of placement will depend on their calibre.

If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
The selection process in B-schools generally consists of :
A. Past Academic record.
B. Scores in entrance tests.
C. Group Discussion.
D. Personal Interview.
E. Work experience.
Please note that each B-schools shortlists candidates for second stage of selection process which may be independent of each other.
The process may include
- Written Test.
- Group Discussions.
- Personal Int
