Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology & Management has established full-fledged Training & Placement Division consisting of Faculty Coordinators, Student Coordinators and Staff members. The Training & Placement Division assists in Campus Placements for the graduating students at ADGITM. Training & Placement Officials and the Volunteers provide whole-hearted assistance to the recruiters for Pre-placement Discussions, Conducting Tests & Interviews and Hospitality of the Campus hiring Team. To Bridge the gap of Current Technical trends in Corporate world, TnP Division has tied up with leading Training companies such as ALMA MATE, SOFCON India Pvt. Ltd, CAPRICOT and RANDSTAD for training students. The Hospitality and the functioning of the Placement Cell at ADGITM is applauded and well received by the visiting recruiters. Training and Placement Division actively enhances verbal and non-verbal skills while training the students in business etiquettes, e-mailing, telephonic conversation, grooming, and table manners. Students are trained to handle work related pressures and social networking. They are being prepared on technical ability and aptitude. The Division conducts Group Discussion, Personal Interviews, Technical and Aptitude test on continuous basis to keep the students up to date. In Every session students are given live exposure of current industry scenario by eminent dignitaries of different industries. Our campus is already approved by INFOSYS for their placements and labs are approved by TCS iON Assessment. We have a very good Placement record for our previous batches and the students have been placed in several prestigious companies like Infosys, TCS, L & T Infotech, HCL, Accenture, IBM, Daffodil, Anand Automative, Oracle, Capital IQ, IP Global Software, India Bulls, ICICI Prudential, Kotak Bank, Naukri.com, India Mart, APL Apollo and SUS to name a few.

The placements in BPIT is improving significantly both in terms of quality and quantity in the last few years. The average package has increased from 3.76 Lacs per annum to 7.51 Lacs per annum in last 5 years.
