The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis and the seats will be filled on a first-come first-served basis. The cut off rank in Round 6 for B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering is 5162 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one can not afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing from round to round, better ranks definitely increases your chances of getting admission in IIT Palakkad - Indian Institute of Technology.

The year 2023 cutoff ranks for B.Tech. in Data Science and Engineering at IIT Palakkad - Indian Institute of Technology other than General category are - 2625 for OBC, 1533 for SC, 648 for ST, 1063 for EWS. Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 8986 and closing rank was 9766. Cut off are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 2275 and 12903. Admission to B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering in IIT Palakkad - Indian Institute of Technology is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE Advanced. The minimum age limit to appear for NEET 2023 is 17 years as of December 31, 2023. There is no upper age limit for the exam. Educational Qualification: Aspirants must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology as mandatory subjects from a recognised board/university.

So, you are elligible even if it is from NIOS.
