(i) Candidates selected for admission to the LL.B. course of study shall submit the following certificates: (a) Transfer Certificate/Migration certificate from the College/University/Institute last attended indicating that he/she has passed qualifying examination from the University/Institute; (b) A Character Certificate issued by the institution, last attended. (x) If any candidate has passed graduation through correspondence from any University, he/she will be allowed for admission only when such an applicant will produce a certificate issued by the Registrar of that University, to the effect that the UG correspondence degree of that University is equivalent to the regular UG degree of this university. (xi). If any applicant fails to present himself/ herself with all his/ her original documents before the admission committee at the appointed time on the prescribed date, his/ her admission will stand cancelled.

To seek direct admission for the Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) course at DDUGU, the eligibility criteria are as follows:

• The candidate should have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university with a minimum of 45% marks for General and OBC category candidates and 40% marks for SC/ST category candidates.


• The candidate should have passed the final year examination of the graduate course.
