To be eligible for direct admission to the B.Tech. in Civil Engineering course at VIT Vellore, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Nationality: The applicant should be a Resident / Non-Resident Indian National / OCI / PIO Holder.
2. Age: Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after 1st July 2003 are eligible to apply.
3. Qualifying Examination: Candidates should have either completed or shall be appearing in 2025, in any one of the following qualifying examinations:- The final examination of the 10+2 system, conducted by any recognised Central/ State Board.
4. Subjects: Applicants who have attempted Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English, and Aptitude (MPCEA) in VITEEE 2025 are eligible for all B.Tech. programs, including Civil Engineering.

To be eligible for admission to VIT Vellore for B.Tech. in Civil Engineering, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Date of birth: Candidates should be born on or after 1st July 2003.
- Qualifying examination: Candidates should have completed or be appearing in 2025 in the final examination of the 10+2 system conducted by a recognised Central/State Board.
- Subject eligibility: Candidates should have studied Mathematics, Physics, and one of the optional subjects (Biology, Chemistry, or Computer Science) in their 10+2 examination.

The eligibility criteria to seek direct admission for the Integrated M.Sc. in Economics course at BITS Pilani are:
1. Candidates should have passed the 12th examination of 10+2 system from a recognised Central or State board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and adequate proficiency in English.
2. The candidate should have obtained a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects in the 12th examination, with at least 60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects.
3. Admissions will be made purely on merit, based on the score obtained by the candidate in a Computer-based Online Test (BITSAT) conducted by BITS, Pilani.

Total fee for the entire course will be calculated based on the fees per semester and other applicable charges. For the academic year 2025-26, the tuition fee per semester is 2,75,000/- and the summer term fee is 96,300/-. The total fee for the 4-year Integrated M.Sc. in Economics programme will be approximately 24,28,000/- (8 semesters) + 96,300/- (summer term) = 24,42,400/-. However, this does not include other fees and charges like admission fees, hostel fees, mess and electricity advances, and other advances.

The total fee for the entire course, including all applicable charges, will be around 30,00,000/- to 35,00,000/-.

The eligibility criteria to seek direct admission for the Integrated M.Sc. in Biological Sciences course at BITS Pilani includes:
1. Completing the 12th-grade examination under the 10+2 system from a recognised Central or State board or an equivalent qualification.
2. A minimum of five subjects is required, including Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics, one Language, and any additional subject beyond these four.
3. Candidates must secure: 3.1. An aggregate of 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics, and 3.2. At least 60% marks in each of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics individually.
4. Both theory and practical components must be considered while calculating percentages.

The eligibility criteria for admission to BITS Pilani for Integrated M.Sc. in Biological Sciences are:

1. Candidates must have completed their 12th-grade examination under the 10+2 system from a recognised Central or State board or an equivalent qualification.


2. A minimum of five subjects is required, including Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics, one Language, and any additional subject beyond these four.


3. Candidates must secure:
   3.1. An aggregate of 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics, and
   3.2. At least 60% marks in each of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics individually.


4. Both theory and practical components must be considered while calculating percentages.

Students entering through the PCB stream at the 10+2 level should possess mathematics proficiency at the high school (Class 10) level.

Students who are appearing for the 12th examination in 2025 or who have passed the 12th Examination in 2024 are eligible to appear in the BITSAT-2025. If a candidate has taken more than one attempt in the 12th class or its equivalent, only his/her best performance will be considered.
