Army College of Dental Sciences follows the seat reservation policy as directed by Govt. of Telangana. Civilians have seven seats reserved under Competent Authority quota in BDS programme at the college. There is no specified seat reservation for civilians or children of Army personnel, under MDS programme.

The admission process at Army College of Dental Sciences takes around 1 month for both MDS and BDS. Admission confirmation usually takes around 1 week after the admission process has been completed. Dates for counselling and certificate verification is announced by KNR UHS in their website for PG generally by end Feb/ early March and for UG by end of August.
