Two years of gap does not matter in B.Sc. For government jobs and higher studies point of view. However change in stream can be an issue if Mathematics not studied at 10+2 level.

Although you are saying percentage what you mean must be percentile in JEE Mains. Considering that you are an SC candidate I feel you should get admission to one of the NIT's. However, whether you will get admission for computer sciences engineering or not I will depend on how those placed above you give their choices. The eligibility criteria of B.Arch courses of BMS College of Architecture is 10+2 with minimum 50% aggregate marks in PCM and also 50% aggregate marks in 12th. Admission criteria :
1. CET Conducted by KEA
2. NATA
3. JEE Main Paper-2
Candidates seeking admission under NATA category shall obtain admission through the Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMED-K). So there is no need to write CET along with NATA for B.Arch admission. For more information log on to the COMEDK website: www.comedk.org.
