Yes, you can get CSE in VRSEC with your 8700 rank in EAPCET. VRSEC is a private college in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. It offers admission to various courses through EAPCET. The cut-off for CSE in VRSEC for EAPCET is 8500. As your rank is 8700, you are eligible for admission to CSE in VRSEC.
