Candidates who have passed Class 12 with a minimum 45% aggregate or Diploma in Engineering from an AICTE-recognised institute are eligible to apply for the BCA programme at NIELIT Guwahati.

Candidates need to obtain at least 50% in each module to qualify in any respective exam at NIELIT Guwahati.

The theory exam is conducted every six months from the second Saturday of January and July. Further, the practical exam is conducted from the second Saturday of February and August.

The O, A level courses at NIELIT Lucknow are equivalent to Foundation and Advance Diploma, respectively.

The duration of the CCC course at NIELIT Guwahati is 80 hours that includes 50 hours of practical classes, 5 hours of tutorial classes and 25 hours of theory classes.
