No, CEED syllabus is not revised. What you can do is check if any of the latest editions of CEED exam preparation study materials have been released in the market. If not, you can even use the old books, but make sure that you cover the relevant topics only.
Also, read the reviews of the book, if available, to get an idea reading the quality of the study material.
