The fee refund process at SRM Ramapuram only begins upon receipt of the original documents by the Director of Admissions, Amaravati, either by courier or in person. Following is the list of the required documents:

  • All receipts for fee payments
  • Counselling call letter
  • Provisional allotment letter (PAL)
  • Cancelled cheque from the bank for money refund.

Note: If all documents submitted for refund are in order, then the time taken to process and effect the transfer of refund money will be 30 working days.

The fees refund policy of the SRM Ramapuram college is based on the UGC approved guidelines. To get the fees refund, candidates need to bring an application form signed by the student and their parent which needs to be submitted in offline. Yes, CHARUSAT has an online fee payment portal. The university offers one platform for candidates to submit any course fees. To access the portal, candidates are required to visit the official website of university and click on the online fee payment tab. Here, students are required to enter student ID to enroll and proceed with the payment. It will redirect candidates to a payment gateway, where they can pay the fees using a debit card, credit card, net banking, etc.

In CHARUSAT, Application, prospectus and registration fees once paid will not be refunded once the payment is done except some situation. Further, the university refund caution fee deposit. Additionally, convenience fee & taxes charged would not be refunded/ reversed for any refund or reversal of any transaction. Given below is the case in which university offers refunds:

conducted inspection and fixed the fees, which can be seen on ACPC web site. The fee structure
for other non- regulated programs is updated on university website regularly based on Board of

Students seeking cancellation of admission are eligible for refund of academic fee. In case of any admission cancelled before the commencement of classes, students will be refunded fees after deducting INR 1000 towards administrative cost. Any admission cancelled after the commencement of classes shall not be entitled for refund of fees. Fees will be refunded in case the University has exercised the waiting list to fill the particular seat. The decision of the
