An Executive MBA, or EMBA, is a graduate level business degree. This program is a lot like a regular MBA program. The main difference is that an executive MBA program is primarily designed to educate and enhance the careers of working executives, managers, entrepreneurs, and other business leaders.
From finance to HR professionals to product managers are taking this course to be able to have an edge over their peers. After completing an Executive MBA, you can look at:

Getting a job directly after B. Pharma: Graduates who do not wish to pursue post graduate studies or plan on doing them later try to get jobs after B.Pharma. Jobs are usually offered in the field of sales and marketing. Some also work as pharmacists in hospitals whereas some are able to secure jobs at manufacturing facilities of pharmaceutical companies. Some also set up their own pharmacy. MBA after B. Pharma: Some students pursue MBA after B.Pharma whereas some pursue it after gaining a few years' experience (usually in sales and marketing). Depending upon your talent, qualifications, and how good your MBA school is, students are offered jobs in higher management of pharmaceutical companies. Pharma MBA is also offered by some colleges in India.M.Pharma after B. Pharma: Students interested in academia and R&D take up M.Pharma. M.Pharma can be done in many fields like pharmaceutics, pharmacology, pharmaceutical chemistry, clinical pharmacology, pharmacognosy, biotechnology, etc. M.Pharma graduates either join the industry as scientists or as lecturers in universities. Some M.Pharma students pursue a Ph.D. which is required to become a professor in good Indian universities. A lot of Ph.D. holders also join the industry. (There is a difference between a lecturer and a professor)
MS/PhD after B. Pharma: Motivated students who pursue undergraduate research and gain experience via internships along with good scores in college can apply for MS or even direct Ph.D. programs abroad. GRE and TOEFL/IELTS may be required depending upon the country and university. The competition is usually very cutthroat as you are competing with applicants from all over the world.LLB after B. Pharma: This is a very uncommon route. Some B.Pharma graduates pursue LL.B and become lawyers. They usually later specialize in pharmaceutical jurisprudence, intellectual property law, patents, etc. Hope this helps.

The career opportunities are immense for a person with MBA in marketing. They can go into diverse fields like becoming a Teacher/Academician, Business development manager, Channel sales executive or manager in any FMCG company like HUL or Marico industries.
They can even work in the IT Industry. The Outsourcing business solely depends upon the capability of the IT Sales and Marketing teams. To convince the US-based companies to outsource software development work to India is no easy task. It requires great skills, patience, hard work, smart work and huge amounts of technical knowledge. Most of these sales teams work in the nights across diverse industries and across different time zones so that work may be outsourced to their companies. So, in brief the IT industry requires a lot of MBA marketing professionals.
