Its a good achievement to be an associate from III and it shows your interest in insurance and the related industry. It doesn't matter much if you are not good in maths as there are only a few subjects (2-3) requiring basic maths skill which would also be taught by the faculty here. You should concentrate on getting a good score in CAT/CMAT and prepare for the GD/PI. Best of luck for your exams.

There are some specialist institutes which have JEE Mains preparation and 11th/12th study simultaneously. However, clearing actually depends on students caliber. But these are not at all places. Kota and Hyderabad are famous for this.

Yes, it has very good chances. Bangalore and Hyderabad have good chances for scores below 200, although for Mumbai you may not be able to qualify.
