Both, Panjab University and Delhi University are significant government universities. The choice depends on the candidates' requirements. The deciding factors include course, career goals, location, placement aspirations, etc. 

While, DU is ideal for UG courses, corporate placements, and diverse exposure. PU is ideal for PG courses in law and pharmacy, and preparation for Govt exams.

If any candidate is unable to receive the OTP while applying at SGT University, they should try resending or reloading the sent OTP.
