The minimum qualification criteria to appear in the UGC NET exam is a candidate must qualify or qualifying their master's degree. The validity of the UGC NET certificate is for 3 years. So, if you clear you're Masters within this period then you can enroll yourself in the Research programme from National Universities. For Assistant Professor, first, you have to complete your MA, then only you will become eligible for the post of an Assistant Professor. The minimum age required is 30 years (general category), 33 years LLM graduates), 35 years (SC/ST/OBC/Transgender/Female candidates). There is no age limit for the post of an Assistant Professor. The minimum educational qualification required is that a candidate has completed their Post-Graduation with the minimum 55% (General category) or 50% (SC/ST/OBC/Transgender). I would like to suggest for PGDM. The major plus point of PGDM course over MBA is that the curriculum of PGDM is more flexible. It will get updated from time to time. Whereas the curriculum of MBA won't be like that, as MBA course is offered by institutions which are affiliated to universities, the curriculum will get updated once in 3-4 years or maybe more. The curriculum of MBA is more exam orirnted and covers the theoretical aspects, while that of PGDM is more industry -oriented and covers the soft skill aspects. In fact, PGDM makes you industry ready and prepares you for the market.
But at last, its all depends upon you and your choice.
