Hi,
As per your profile you may consider pursuing some of the below mentioned course:
- BBA.
- BBS.
- BBM.
In order to pursue the above mentioned course you need to be 12th pass from recognized education board plus you need to take entrance test conducted by various institutes.
Once you complete any of the above mentioned course you may work for 2-3 years and then opt for MBA in HR as it will further enhance your career prospects.

AICTE outlays the post of Technical Assistant for which basic qualification is 3 years polytechnic diploma in electronics, electrical, mechanical, civil or instrumentation.
