Hi,
Tell me what is your future plan? If u want to study further you can pursue B.Arch or Diploma in Architecture or Engineering in civil.
Requirement for B.arch(5 years full time) in India .
1. Marks in 12th is not less then 50%.
2. Mathematics as subjects at the 10+2 level.
3. various exam for the entry in B.arch are AIEEE, NATA.

As per your score in MAT you may surely apply in this institute, however please remember the final selection in MBA institutes is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students.
2. Score in various management entrance test.
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.

The best option for you would be to take up admissions in institutions which offer you twining (progression) courses. In the progression courses, you study first part of the course in India itself and then for completion of the MBA, you go down to the UK Universities. THere you would be in the same batch as the direct students, but get 2 certificates, 1 for the first part in india and the 2nd one an MBA degree from the University.
