You can pursue all fields available in MBA even with an engineering background. These are:
Finance
HR
IT
Logistics & Operations
Sales & Marketing
Retail
If you have completed your engineering in CS/IT I would recommend an MBA in the IT sector. The IT sector continues to grow at a fast pace in India. If you are from any other background then all other MBA specializations can also be looked at. An engineering background with marketing and finance is also a good option.
