Normally, when you are applying to a foreign university, you will be considered for the merit-based scholarships by default. The application process here differs, some universities will ask for separate forms or essays, etc. You have to visit the university websites and learn about the financial aid process.

In order to pursue LL.B. The candidate should have completed his/her graduation from a recognised Indian University/Foreign University/Equivalent institution from any stream. Also, candidates in the final year of their graduation/post graduation are eligible to apply for the LL.B. Entrance exam. However, such aspirants will be offered admission on a provisional basis (which will be subject to their clearing their degree examinations).
