Selecting an institute is purely and entirely your decision. It would be tough to state an institute as the best as every institute has it's own plus and minus points.
While selecting, you need to check some important parameters such as batch size, syllabus, faculty, fee etc.

MBA degree is offered by universities, whereas PGDM or PGDBM is offered by AICTE approved institutes.
Both these course have almost the same course curriculum, so you may pursue any of these course.
While taking admission, your emphasis should be more on taking admission in good universities or institutes.
You may consider some of the below mentioned points while selecting a institute or university to pursue MBA or PGDBM.
*Accreditation of the institute.
*Institute's infrastructure.
*Teaching faculty.
*Specialization offered.
*Past placements records.
*Tuition fees.
*City preference.
* Industry interface.
