Hi,Yes, you can pursue M.Sc. Maths. Even after your B.Tech as you have studied maths. In your B.Tech. You also need a pass percentage of 55% as a general category student. Now that you are moving to a very specialized field you might also like to pursue Ph.D. So be careful while choosing a college as you need one which would give you not only the best faculty but also seminars and guest lectures by academicians from outside as is done in LPU. You cannot pursue a Bachelors degree without your intermediate exam. You can check from the web site of IGNOU.You can also check other websites like LPU for distance learning.
It would be better if you join a Diploma plus degree for a dual course and make a good career.

Great to hear a young boy so career oriented. Yes it is good to choose a career wisely because this is a life time matter for you. I would advise to pick a career for which you are passionate about. Think of your interests and then go for it because you can give your best only if you are interested in it otherwise studies would only be a burden for you.
