CSE branch have excellent placement as compare to other branches. Check the following link for the lpu recruiters:

Companies keep on visiting throughout the semester for all branches. LPU has very good system and policies of placement. Every student get a chance to sit in placement activities.
Also lpu provides PEP classes which are placement classes scheduled every week from 3rd year onwards to improve skill set of students.i also want to add lpu is also conducting mock interviews to boost up the confidence of each and every student.

My frnd electrical is a evergreen group. Four years from now obviously there will be good demand for electrical engineers. But you need to concentrate right from the beginning of your engineering. prepare well from first yr and work hard so that you can crack GATE exam and get into public sector companies with good salary.
