As per your query, it seems that your long term goal is to pursue MBA, so as per your profile, I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your engineering and then opt for MBA.
The advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects, however as per your profile pursuing MBA in IT would be the best option for you.

- You need to complete 12th with minimum 60% (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from recognized board to join good college. However, they are colleges which take students who have scored 45% - 50%.

Hi, as such there is no mathematics typically like algebra or integration. The maths is like P&L accounts, balance sheets and so on which consists of simple calculations, you can take care of that for sure. So go ahead.
