That's not certain unless you have home state quota and category to work with. But with the marks, you scored you can have a try because cut-off varies at a larger extent year to year. I guess that if categories are applicable, you would be having good chance to get into MANIT. Yeah, but don't miss counselling of Jossa in any condition.

If you have done +2 with good marks, go for B.Tech rather than diploma as this could be better after 10th standard. Moreover, B.Tech has much more value than diploma.

You may, yes. Different universities have different requirements, you can check the entry requirements on college websites and apply accordingly. You must also take the IELTS or TOEFL to meet the English language requirements.

If you are looking for job after 12th, the best course is to join NDA by giving UPSC exam. Else, CAPF also are available. If possible do graduation in any subject. It will enhance your employability.
