Hi Mobisha, Yes, you are eligible to apply for CSIR NET exam, but you will be eligible for JRF only. As per the UGC Norms, the graduate candidate are eligible for CSIR NET JRF only and they have to complete the post graduation, within two years. If you want to apply for NET Lectureship for assistant professor, you must have completed the master;s degree first.
The CSIR NET exam is held for five subjects- physical, mathematical, earth, life and chemical Science. And candidates are allowed to apply for their master's subject, You should apply for CSIR NET chemical Science or life Science subject, Please refer official notification for detailed information.
