Hi,
In order to pursue Masters in Ireland you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Universities in Ireland do not require GRE score.
