A salary of around INR. 57 lakhs is considered above average and companies like BNP Paribas, Oracle, Mu Sigma etc. offer salary in this range. 15% of students are placed in this salary bracket.
Next bracket is INR. 812 lakhs and about 10% of students are placed in companies offering this range of salary. Various companies offering such salaries are Morgan Stanley, Citicorp, and Samsung etc.
INR. 13 lakh and above: These companies may higher at the most 5% of the entire lot and are reserved for students with exceptional skillsets. Google, Microsoft, Qualcomm offer salaries of this magnitude.
