You are lucky to get a seat in the prestigious DAVV. IT and CS branches are identical in terms of subject coverage and placement. The majority of campus placement is done by IT companies and therefore it will be of advantage to pursue B.E.-IT. EE being a core branch is good but it can not give you placement in companies like Infosys & TCS, very easily.

Hi ! Before appearing CCNA global certification examination I suggest you better to be trained on that course and complete it from cisco network academy /cisco learning partner near by your Town. You are to go through study mat from cisco press or that of written by todd lammle . Practice extensively with sybex test engine and finally appear in global examination through Pearson Vue. The question type is (i) Multiple choice for single answer,(ii) Multiple choice for more than one answer (iii) fill in the blanks, (iv) Drag and drop , (v) Router simulating. Both the course you mentioned are good to pursue and both offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
If you wish to build your career in technical field, then you may pursue masters in same or related fields, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA.
I would suggest that before opting for any course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking.
