Hi Chandra Bhan15368.As far as I know, it is mandatory to have at least 50% in graduation when you are applying to the MBA program, be it from any university or institute. And about your second query, MCA is a different qualification altogether, and will not be counted for eligibility even if you score more than 50% in that. Only your graduation academic performance is considered, along with the entrance exams.

Lots of study material syllabus assignments project works and classes but if you manage to save time then i will advise you to work on your communication skill, personality development and body language.
See if you will unable to answer interviewer question in the way that it needs to be answered then no certification will help you.
So concentrate on your studies and search for any extra class of organizational behavior or communication skill or ask to your teachers if

Dear Ram,
PFB, my humble thoughts towards the same:
1. Operations is a holistic profile which adds and looks into multiple areas of management to ensure smooth flow of work.
2. Marketing is a comprehensive domain of management which focus into Various aspects of Consumers/ Customers from Desire Creation towards the products to Utility Satisfaction.
3. Both are different aspects and requires a heart and soul commitment so dual focus is practically challenging
4. May be small/ Tiny organisation offers a combo profile as Operations/ General Management/ Business Management, but even middle or bigger organisation cannot afford such combo profil

Hi Debnath. It is a pleasure to guide you further on the query posted. Debnath, can you clarify whether your B.Com degree is of 3 years or 4. If your bachelor’s degree is for 3 years, Canada requires a 4 years Bachelors degree to study a Master degree program like MBA. I would also like to clarify that colleges do not offer master degree courses so in case you plan to study masters you will be required to study in a university. The fees for the university study would be higher compared to colleges. So I would suggest that you forward us your academic documents and we would guide you further on this matter.
