No, class 12th marks are not needed. If you are not a graduate of Delhi University, the admission is purely entrance-based.

B. Des Interior design is the best. The duration of B. Des Interior design is four years, while B.Sc. Interior design is of three years. The admission in B. Des course are based on All India Entrance test conducted by respective Universities, where as the maximum admission in B.Sc. Interior design are done on the basis of 12th marks.
