A minimum of 55% marks in Bachelor’s degree in any branch of Basic & Applied Science or Technology, including medicine & engineering disciplines.

For B.Tech Programme the c&idate should have passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subjects securing aggregate 45% marks. 1. The candidate should have a minimum aggregate of 75% in their 10+2 exams.

3. The candidate should have a valid score in BITSAT (Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test) or should have a high score in their 10+2 exams.
4. The candidate should meet the age criteria set by the institute.
5. The candidate should not have any backlog or compartment in their 10+2 exams.

C&idates who have passed their higher secondary with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Maths (OR) Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology & Vocational Stream are eligible for direct admission to the B.Sc. (Hons.) in Agriculture course at MIT College of Agriculture & Technology.

The eligibility criteria to seek direct admission for the B.Sc. (Chemistry, Biotech, Microbiology) course at LJ Institute of Applied Science are:

The Bachelor’s degree must be a minimum of three years duration after passing the Higher Secondary (10+2) examination of (10+2) system or equivalent.

The eligibility criteria to seek direct admission for the BTech in ECE course at NITTE Meenakshi Bangalore are:
Pass in Class 12 from any recognised Board, with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry as compulsory subjects
Minimum 45% marks in aggregate
