The eligibility criteria for the same entails 50% aggregate in Class 12 from a recognised board along with the qualification of entrance exam, KUAT + PI.

Students must be at least 16 years of age as of December 31 of the year of admission. There is no specific upper age limit for candidates applying to AP EAMCET.

For Agriculture and Medical courses
Students must be at least 17 years of age as of December 31 of the year of admission, there is an upper age limit. For general category candidates, upper age limit is 22 years, and for SC/ST candidates, it is 25 years.
