After BCA in my personal opinion MCA is better.
In MCA as you ve to study similar sub like BCA hence you can be more comfortable & at the same time you ve an secure future.
But in case of MSW you ve to study totally different subjects based on society & humanity.
Do you think you can adjust these different environment for studies.
But still if you ve great interest in MSW . BCA is just an graduation
& eligibility for MSW is graduation .
don't think much .join MSW with the spark to learn new thing of Social Work .
you can choose career of any field bt interest really does matters.

As a Medical social worker,
As a programme officer, Co—ordinator community organizer and fieldworker in rural and urban development, field of govt. non-govt .private institute.
As Jail welfare officer, in Jail. and also superintendent, probation officer and legal counselor.
As an H.R. manager , personal manager, labor welfare officer ,public Relation officer and Industrial field,
As dowry prohibition officer ,childmarraige prohibition officer,social defence officer, Juvenile officer in govt, officer.
Counselor in legal advisory centers and family advisory centers. like female security center ,alcohol prohibition center, home for aged handicap, mentally retarded children centers, Gujarat state Aids control society etc.
