You can do it by enrolling yourself in distance education programme from Universities like IGNOU, SYMBOSIS, KURUSHETRA, NIMS, AMITY, STATE OPEN UNIVERSITIES in programmes like B.A. ( with correct combination). Just identify the distance education university. Most of the exam and admission procedure is online.

Eligibility for MBA programme: The prospective applicant must satisfy one of the following eligibility criteria for admissions to the MBA programme. A graduate degree under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern under any discipline, securing at least 50% marks in aggregate, from a recognised university. So graduation with minimum 50% of marks is mandatory requirement for pursuing MBA course. However the students writing the final exam of their degree are also eligible for MBA entrance exam.

Hello Ram Chauhan, if I may say so you are a bit confused perhaps. We normally use the word lateral admission when a student who has completed his Diploma in engineering is seeking admission directly into second year of four year degree course of engineering. But you are already doing your engineering from college and interested in changing you are college. Right? Frankly speaking it's very tough to do this.
