That's a pretty wide question :), you may probably get different answers from different people but following things will be common to all the answers ( I bet it)
- Internet - The one best thing about here, Access to uncapped internet unlike the capped ones in private institutes
- Diversity in students : you can find students ranging from complete dumb to extreme genius and all under one roof ! but all with uniqueness.
