The total fee for this course is INR 2.3 Lakhs in total. So this is the best college who want to take admission in M.Phil course for affordable fees because it is much less compared to other colleges in India. We know that M. Phil is not a popular course in our country. So there is no demand for it in any colleges in our country. So there are many seats for M.Phil in every college in India including IISWBM Kolkata. There are a total of 15 seats in M.Phil by which we have clarity that the branch popularity is very low compared to other branches because of the number of seats the college is providing. So the placements of this course are not very good but an average one. There are very few students in our country who do Masters in our country and remaining students will go to foreign countries for completing thier Masters.

We all know that M.Phil is not a very popular course compared to MBA. So we cannot expect for good placements in any colleges for this particular course. In this college the placements are not that much good compared to other colleges. I have reasons for it. This college is not famous for its M.Phil course and another reason is there are only 15 seats in this course so no by which we can know that this college has no interest in getting placement for this course. I want to clarify that I am not saying that placements are not coming in this college, I am saying that the package the company offers is very low compare to other colleges.

Definitely, you can get admission to this college with 88% in CAT. The last year cutoff for this college was 55 percentile so it is obvious that we can get a seat in this college. But you have to keep an eye on the cutoffs. Because it changes year by year and college by college. So you have to be careful while trusting last year's cutoffs . In my opinion we should not go after the cutoff because for example the college cutoff might be increased by next. So, it is best to practise for scoring a good percentile in CAT Examination.
